Operations Manager, U.S. Strategic Command

Onebrief is seeking an Operations Manager for U.S. Strategic Command. The successful candidate will own the customer relationship, build strong relationships with customers, and rapidly expand product usage. The role requires a mastery of operational planning at multi-star headquarters, technical skills, and the ability to navigate large government organizations.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
• Proven experience in leading operational planning within a military context
• Exposure to large staff planning through classical training or service experience
• Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
• Proven ability to expand business presence within a region
• Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
• Ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes
