Job Description
We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to lead healthcare projects in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of project lead and/or project management experience in healthcare projects, a bachelor's degree in architecture, and a professional license as a Registered Architect.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project lead and/or project management experience in healthcare projects of varying types and complexities, with an approximate value of $100 million.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture; Master's Degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of Project Management/PSMJ Project Management, preferred.
- A professional license as a Registered Architect is required
- Collaborative communication style and strong people skills.
- Ability to represent and participate in interviews and client presentations.
- Proficiency with REVIT, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience using Unanet or similar tools for reporting and resource planning; preferred.
