Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager at OneDigital provides technical, sales and marketing support for the Commercial Lines Team in processing all lines of commercial insurance.

Requirements

• Process new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsement requests
• Create and send necessary correspondence to insurance companies and clients
• Review binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy and relevance
• Answer client's questions about their insurance coverages and needs
• Assist producers in preparing proposals and providing policy summaries
• Build up a rapport with counterpart at client's office
• Assist accounting department in reconciling Company accounts
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to clients
