Commercial Lines Account Manager at OneDigital provides technical, sales and marketing support for the Commercial Lines Team in processing all lines of commercial insurance.
Requirements
- Process new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsement requests
- Create and send necessary correspondence to insurance companies and clients
- Review binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy and relevance
- Answer client's questions about their insurance coverages and needs
- Assist producers in preparing proposals and providing policy summaries
- Build up a rapport with counterpart at client's office
- Assist accounting department in reconciling Company accounts
- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to clients
