Job Description
OneDigital is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their Central Region leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and delivering Corporate and customized HR services that support regional objectives. The HRBP will consult with key stakeholders and employees, and provide recommendations on strategic HR solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or related field
- 5+ years of strategic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience with Workday software system (highly preferred)
- Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) (preferred)
