We are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to design, implement, and maintain qualified retirement plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline

- Achieve and exceed annual sales goals
- Lead client relationships and develop customized relationship strategies
- Perform investment advisory services for clients
- Design complex retirement plan structures
- Conduct benchmarking due diligence
- Provide ongoing consultation regarding plan needs and potential changes
