Job Description
We are seeking a technical and strategic Email Automation Manager to own the architecture of our customer communication, building sophisticated, data-driven journeys that maximise both acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation, specifically managing complex lifecycle journeys.
- Deep proficiency with a leading Customer Engagement Platform.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates, API integrations, and data architecture.
- Proven track record of using automation to directly improve conversion rates and reactivation rates.
- Experience in using customer retention and nurture to drive growth.
- Experience managing cross-channel journeys
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance best practices.
