Job Description
The Studio Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing studio projects from concept through delivery, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time project completion.
Requirements
- Manage helpdesk tickets
- Coordinate with Studio and Lumo Project Films Dub teams
- Optimize workflows and strengthen communication between clients and internal departments
- Oversee project management tools
- Develop project plans and adjust timelines
- Identify risks and implement solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to provide updates and execute key initiatives
- Compile and analyze data to generate performance insights
- Facilitate meetings and ensure consistent follow-through on team objectives
- Work as a liaison between the Studio and internal & external clients
- Oversee vendor payments and file management
- Provide on-site support during live productions
