The Forum Facility Technician is responsible for assuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, including bathrooms, floors, common areas, stairs and grounds, as well as assisting with light repair and maintenance work and providing support services throughout the building.
Requirements
- Maintains effective working relationships with support personnel, contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
- Keeps management informed of the operating status of the building.
- Supports minimal down time for mechanical equipment and building operations.
- Maintains positive working relationships with facility users and vendors.
- Minimum of two years experience in floor maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform light maintenance repairs.
- Ability to lift equipment and other materials of up to 100 pounds.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, attention to details
- Internal customer service skills to support a dynamic environment.
