Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• completion of a certification in the medical field such as Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and/or Medical Billing
• CEBT or CTBS Certifications
• 6 plus months of experience in telemarketing, help desk/troubleshooting, phone counseling, customer services call center experience, or experience in a eye/tissue/organ OPO
