In the role, you will build a customer-focused environment, conduct engaging meetings, and manage training on branch operations, compliance, and collections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required
