OneMain Financial is a consumer finance leader seeking a Senior Analytics Talent Acquisition Advisor for its Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Wilmington, DE. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for senior individual contributor and leadership roles in Credit & Risk Analytics, and developing sourcing and recruiting strategies to align with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of combined experience with significant focus on analytics, credit risk, or quantitative roles.
- Sophisticated influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of analytics skill sets, including SQL, Python, R, SAS, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics, and financial risk frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to recruit senior-level and hard-to-fill analytics talent in competitive markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide recruiting decisions.
- Strong sourcing ability to use multiple channels to find and engage with talent
- Passion for candidate management that executes consistent follow up and communication
- Confident and thorough approach with positioning talent to hiring teams. Reliable communication with hiring teams on progress, results and outcomes
- Proven experience handing wide range of positions from entry level to management
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment with short lead times, while delivering superior service
- Ability to apply sound judgment in new or ambiguous situations. Open to coaching from Talent Acquisition Manager and peers
- Sustain a high degree of composure while under pressure, maintaining a solution driven methodology
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills
