As a Tech Ops Specialist, you will be a key member of our Managed Services team, responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of our OneTick platform.
Requirements

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Linux bash commands and scripting.
- Basic scripting skills in Python.
- Proven experience in a technical operations or support role.
- Additional Technical Skills: Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Nagios, Prometheus) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.
- Team and Independent Work: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems is an advantage.
