OneOrigin is a company that uses AI to transform Higher Education institutions. We're looking for an entry-level Technical Recruiter who is curious, analytical, and excited about using AI tools in day-to-day recruiting.
Requirements
- Use AI tools to screen resumes, generate technical screening questions, and summarize candidate strengths and gaps
- Build scalable, intelligent hiring workflows using AI
- Understand technical roles, translate hiring manager requirements into clear role definitions, and perform initial technical screening
- Source candidates using non-traditional methods, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and track trends in tech skills and hiring demand
- Help improve ATS workflows using automation and structured data, maintain clean hiring metrics, and document and improve recruiting processes
