Front Desk Concierge Mandara Spa

The Concierge is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and providing a comprehensive range of services at the front desk of Mandara Spa. The role requires excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and basic business machine operation.

Requirements

• Experience working with a Point of Sale system, preferably Book4Time
• At least 1 year of experience working with answering phones in a customer-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone, fax, copier, printer, etc.
