Job Description
OneTrust is seeking an Events Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and execution of its event portfolio, including event planning, execution, and operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows, a degree in marketing or a related field, and excellent organizational and technical skills.
Requirements
- Support planning and execution of flagship conferences and events
- Assist with OneTrust's presence at third-party tradeshows
- Support community and customer events
- Maintain detailed project documentation and budgets
- Support procurement processes and contract tracking
- Assist with registration websites and lead capture
- Partner with internal teams to support successful event participation
