Manager, Software Engineering

OneTrust is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to drive strategic planning and execution for the engineering team, build and deliver scalable high-quality products, and contribute to technologies that strengthen OneTrust’s long-term position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade software
• Experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and team management
• Understanding of working in a DevOps environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicts effectively
• Experience in system design and architecture, especially for distributed systems
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and programming
• Solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle
