Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to contribute to the development of new features for their industry-leading platform. This role involves supporting development of new frontend and/or backend features, collaborating with UX/Product teams, and ensuring code quality through code review and peer review. The company is a leader in the data privacy and AI space, serving over 14,000 customers globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering/development experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring MVC, SQL, and Web services.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of web services and SOA standards like REST/OAuth/JSON.
- Agile development experience using Scrum, XP, or Pair Programming.
- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
- Familiarity with databases (Relational and document).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
