Technical Writer

OneTrust is searching for a skilled Technical Writer to join its Technical Writing Team. The team creates comprehensive knowledge base content, release materials, and additional publications for the OneTrust platform. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in software documentation and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or Professional Writing (Technical Writing, Journalism)
• Proven track record for producing high-quality software documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and deliverables in an agile environment
• Experience collaborating with various global teams
• Strong desire to learn and open to embracing new concepts and processes
• At least 2 years of professional writing experience
• Experience with structured content authoring tools
• Comfort with basic image manipulation
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Innovation and automation using AI tools and agents
