Job Description
oneZero Financial Systems is looking for a motivated and talented Regional Relationship Manager to join our Sales team. As a Regional Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensure they are utilizing our product suite, and work to identify and develop upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred
- Experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Operations, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized in your workflows
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present to diverse audience both internally and externally
- Confident in delivering training and demonstrations
- MT4/5 knowledge (additional skill)
- Knowledge of financial markets (forex, DMA, equities, CFDs, NDF's) (additional skill)
- Previous experience or understanding in FinTech, FX, CFD, or equities trading company (additional skill)
