Requirements
- 10+ years of experience serving retail brokerage firms
- Proven product management skillset, including strategy development and roadmap ownership
- Strong commercial orientation, with experience defining and influencing pricing, positioning, and revenue outcomes
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Technical fluency in trading infrastructure (connectivity, execution workflows, risk management, APIs, data pipelines) is a strong plus
