Loan Officer - Purchase, Direct Lending Sales

As a Purchase Loan Officer at PHH Mortgage, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to existing portfolio customers, offering a range of mortgage products to help them achieve their homeownership goals. This role requires you to build strong relationships with homeowners while meeting individual sales targets, company retention goals, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or military experience equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of Encompass experience required
• Preferred 2 years of Loan Officer experience, particularly in a call center or phone-based sales role
• Ability to obtain required licensing and continuing education in multiple states (company-sponsored)
• Maintain all necessary federal and state licensing annually (including background and credit checks)
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively
• Professional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
