The Senior Contested Specialist assists litigation and management teams in handling real estate-related contested and escalated legal matters, managing documentation, tracking case activity, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, investor, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting litigation, legal operations, foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or real estate legal processes
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document types related to real estate litigation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in case management systems, Microsoft, ICE/Loansphere, and document tracking tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
