We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager to deliver on lead growth and enrolment outcomes across one of OES' high education partners. The role will own and execute defined marketing initiatives, drive creative effectiveness, and optimise the acquisition journey from first touchpoint to enrolment.
Requirements
- Experience across a range of marketing functions
- Understanding of customer journeys and the role of creative at each stage
- Experience working towards lead or sales targets, with an understanding of cost per lead/cost per acquisition metrics
- Exposure to paid media (Google, Facebook) and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills and confidence reviewing creative and campaign results
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and customer acquisition principles
- Ability to prepare clear, strategic creative and media briefs
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
