The Team Leader of Enrolment Administrators will be responsible for the Enrolments Team who are responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective enrolment of students across Higher Education programs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing, coaching and supporting teams in a changing environment
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service, with the ability to remain flexible and responsive to diverse stakeholder needs
- Demonstrated contribution to fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture for both employees and students
- Broad administrative experience involving coordination of multiple functions and interpretation of policies and procedures, ideally within a tertiary education setting
