Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Compliance to join our team at OPP, a fast-growing fintech company in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing advice and monitoring regarding laws and regulations, overseeing controls related to KYC and risk, and conducting in-house training sessions.
Requirements
- Senior level with comparable work history and a relevant background in communication, finance, or law
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the compliance field
- Proficiency in KYC/CDD practices within the financial services industry
- Exceptional knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as Wft and Wwft and a risk-based approach
- Solid writing skills
