Job Description
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will work closely with the team and hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right candidates. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, from initial conversations to contract negotiations and job offers. You will also take care of a nice candidate journey, ensuring every candidate feels treated respectfully, well, timely and clearly.
Requirements
- First steps in recruitment in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Relevant education on HBO or WO level
- Versatility in tech or sales
- Building relationships and winning trust at every level
- Thinking in data and using intuition to act
- Clear communication in Dutch and English
