General Accountant - Staff

We are looking for a General Accountant to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, assist in financial statement preparation, and perform closing activities. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with accounting software and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a large accounting firm
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, etc) preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
