Job Description
The Fraud Investigator will support the Fraud team in preventing and mitigating fraud, identifying trends, and working with the Fraud Support team to educate members regarding account-level abuse, risk, and potential losses.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience with bank loss prevention
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service oriented role in financial services, and/or in back office operations in financial services
- High School Diploma required
