Mortgage Loan Officer - Johnson Creek

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will identify and develop relationships with members to create a pipeline of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. You will conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit reports, determine member financing objectives, and advise members on product and pricing policies. You will maintain thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics and compliance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years Conventional and FHA-insured real estate lending experience
• Thorough understanding of conventional and government lending practices, policies and guidelines
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
• Ability to manage a heavy pipeline of 40 plus loans
