The Associate Analyst, Compensation & Benefits (India) position develops and manages compensation and benefits policies across India, collaborating with APAC and local HR teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience conducting benchmarks and communicating outcomes to business and HR business partners.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and a passion for analyzing large data sets with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Indian labor legislation and compensation practices.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to systematically analyze complex data and situations to draw reasonable conclusions.
