C&B Analyst, Japan

This Analyst, Compensation & Benefits (Japan) position focuses on developing and managing compensation and benefits policies for Japanese employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and aligning compensation strategies with the company's overall reward strategy. It requires flexibility, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams, APAC and Japan regions, and external vendors. The role supports performance evaluations, program launches, regulatory compliance, and benefits improvement.

Requirements

• Serve as a point of contact for C&B-related issues in Japan and act as an internal specialist.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR Partners to resolve compensation and benefits-related issues.
• Assist APAC C&B COE / Japan HRs in rolling out C&B projects and supporting annual salary/budget planning.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of benefits overviews for Japanese employees.
