Device Engineering Manager responsible for management and enhancement of Device Engineering capability, performance management, organization, job assignment, and talent development for Engineering team.

Requirements

• Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI goals achievement.
• Deliver commitment (such as schedule and performance) to gain stakeholders' royalty.
• Report projects and/or task progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Develop organization and talent to enhance Device team's capabilities.
• Work with engineers closely to maximize their engineering output.
• Develop good relationship with stakeholders and internal/external peers.
