Requirements

• Drive and lead new product development team
• Define Analog/Digital DfT and test strategies
• Develop low-cost test solutions for complex Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital roadmap products on ATE platforms
• Productize ICs in-line with business goals and growth projections
• Own post-silicon Si bring-up, validation, characterization, and qualification activities
• Own entitlement goals for product execution, overall product cost, and product quality
• Define, own, and impact continuous upkeep and maintenance of test program generation utilities and standard test method libraries
• Update / modify existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and test-cost reduction
• Act as an interface between ATE vendor, BU PE and Design team to define test automation requirements and checklists
• Good understanding on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture and ability to work with vendor to develop low level automation code
