Job Description
Onsemi is seeking a motivated Staff Product Engineer to join their DfT and Technology Development team. The role involves driving DfT and BiST technologies for analog, mixed signal, and digital circuits, developing automation and test method libraries. This position is critical for high-efficiency analog and mixed signal test solutions, with a focus on defining trade-offs and achieving industry benchmarks.
Requirements
- Definition of Design-for-Test (DfT) and Built-In-Self-Test (BIST) techniques.
- Define and code test automation, developing test program generation utilities, and creating golden test method libraries.
