FAILURE ANALYSIS ENGINEER

The Failure Analysis Engineer position requires analyzing internal and external customer returns to identify failure mechanisms, participating in project execution, and utilizing various testing and isolation techniques. Reporting to internal and external customers is also required.

Requirements

• Understanding semiconductor device specifications
• Knowledge of bench test tools and setup
• Use failure isolation techniques
• Chemical handling for chemical decapsulation procedures
• Mechanical microprobing at die-level
• Good understanding of device schematics
• Report generation to external customers
