Job Description
onsemi is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and optimize the performance, reliability, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment operation in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of 15 direct reports
- Own equipment performance KPIs
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex equipment issues
