Principle Product and Test Engineer

This position offers a great opportunity to work with industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you will be part of New Product Development team, tasked with supporting product lines and business P&Ls for new product development and execution.

Requirements

• Defining Analog and Digital DfT strategies
• Developing low-cost test solutions for complex Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital roadmap products on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms
• Productizing ICs in-line with business goals and growth projections
• Driving best-in-class DfT strategies (Analog / Digital BiST solutions) for benchmark Cost-of-Test
• Own pre-silicon activities such as ATE Test Plan generation, HW design, and test program development
• Own post-silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and qualification activities, fostering execution to fastest time-to-market
• Defining, owning, and impacting continuous upkeep and maintenance of test program generation utilities and standard test method libraries
