Develop and execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key assigned customers. Manage assigned customers and possess good understanding of customer requirements.
Requirements
- Develop and execute business development strategies and operational plans for Tier 1 automotive customers, in collaboration with product lines and cross-functional teams.
- Lead account and regional planning efforts by leveraging customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
- Drive Design-Wins and Design-Ins for both existing and new product families, generating demand within Tier 1 automotive accounts.
- Grow revenue and expand onsemi’s product content at Tier 1 customers by aligning with their platform requirements in sensing and power applications.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers and effectively communicate onsemi’s value proposition.
