Staff Digital Design Engineer

OnSemi is seeking a Staff Digital Design Engineer to join their growing team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will lead digital design architecture and teams for power management chips, working with design architects, verification, project management, and design teams. The role requires a strong understanding of digital design flow, RTL design, and ASIC synthesis, with experience in developing ASIC/Mixed signal ICs for power converters.

Requirements

• Lead digital design architecture and teams for power management chips
• Work with design architects, verification, project management, and design teams
• Develop digital control peripherals and MCU systems
• Own technical outcome of design, verification, implementation, and execution of Power Management ICs
• Support post-silicon validation activities
