The Technician performs advanced technical work with minimal supervision, handling complex assignments and providing technical guidance to junior technicians. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintenance activities related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or processes.
Requirements
- Perform technical operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or processes
- Independently handle nonāroutine and moderately complex technical issues
- Support engineers in setup, calibration, testing, and process optimization activities
- Conduct rework, inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure product and process compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports related to technical activities
- Assist in identifying root causes of technical issues and support corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Provide guidance or informal support to junior technicians when needed
