TECHNICIAN 3, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

Manufacturing Technician responsible for inspecting and replacing consumable parts, attending to tool errors, and performing preventive maintenance on back grinding department machines.

Requirements

• Inspect and replace consumables parts
• Attend to tool error message/ failures / breakdown
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues
• Perform and teach others how to perform, visual inspections (quality check)
• Identify and address potential areas for improvement
• Complete all required reporting and documentation
• Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes, learning, and skills development
• Work well with a global team and train new team members as needed
