As an ATE Test Development Engineer, you will own CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) final test development and execution for automotive, industrial, and commercial products, and work directly with subcons and manufacturing teams on NPI, ramp, and sustaining issues.
Requirements
- Develop, debug, and release final test programs for CIS products ramping to mass production
- Manage and perform test correlations for hardware and test program releases
- Define and review test hardware requirements and tester interfaces
- Support and review DIB/loadboard designs with suppliers and internal hardware teams
- Optimize test coverage, test time, and multi site efficiency while meeting CIS quality and automotive requirements
- Set, review, and maintain test limits and guard bands aligned with datasheet and quality requirements
- Support and perform GR&R for test hardware and test programs
- Manage test program changes and releases using GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers on test fundamentals, final test, and hardware interactions
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones, including North America and Asia
