ENGR I, TEST; PROD&TEST

onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated Test Engineer to join their Test Engineering team. As a Test Engineer, you will drive testing and support validation of CMOS image sensor products at test houses around the world.

Requirements

• Lead new product development activities related to production test and product validation
• Develop test routines for novel device features and leading-edge products
• Gain expertise in CMOS image product features, function, and testing
• Build experience with automated test equipment related to wafer probe and package test in a high-volume production environment
• Perform product debug and characterization to support other product team members with validation and characterization of CMOS image sensors
