Requirements
- Developing low-cost test solutions for Discrete & Modules on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and bench.
- Designing and modifying test systems and fixturing, as well as creating and modifying software for the test systems.
- Testing and evaluating discrete and module semiconductor devices.
- Updating/ modifying existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and accuracy.
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to design test setups and fixturing, set up test equipment or stations, and test devices.
- Supervising technicians/specialists performing various tasks.
- Leading and monitoring programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with across sites or department personnel up to closure of projects.
- Providing technical leadership and solutions to day-to-day testing technical issues and performance.
- Improving productivity, cycle time & quality through process, equipment and system upgrades.
