Job Description
OnSite Care is seeking a Physican Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care in an outpatient-based setting. The position is full-time, benefit eligible, and offers a unique clinic and model caring exclusively for a closed population.
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Valid Utah medical licensure
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
