Job Description
Milestones is seeking a Fractional Medical Director to provide medical oversight and clinical leadership for a high-acuity adult trauma treatment program, working closely with clinicians and therapists to shape a treatment environment that prioritizes dignity, emotional safety, and whole-person care.
Requirements
- Board-certified Physician (Psychiatrist strongly preferred)
- Active Tennessee license
- Experience in trauma, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings
- Clinically sharp and comfortable navigating high-acuity, complex cases
- Highly relational, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent
