Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Commerce, Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Six to nine years of IT Program/Project Management experience, including leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and working with PMO processes and standard PMI project management methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Two to three years of experience with project controls on major Technology projects, including scheduling, financial reporting and controls, budgeting, forecasting, and estimating.
- A minimum 3 years of experience in a project leadership role, demonstrating responsibility for guiding cross-functional teams, driving decision-making, communicating a clear vision, managing change, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Experience in CRM & Salesforce, Project Management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA.
- Program Management Professional (PgMP), PRINCE2, Agile Certification, Prosci Change Management, LEAN/Lead Kaizen/Design Thinking/Six Sigma, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), CBAP, are considered asset designations/certifications/licenses.
