Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, product delivery, or related technical roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary software engineering teams
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience implementing agile frameworks
• History of managing end-to-end software delivery processes
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
