Project Controls Analyst

We are looking for a Project Controls Analyst to join our team at Ontario Power Generation (OPG). As a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional, you will provide business and analytical support to the department, delivering meaningful performance reporting, insights, and recommendations that enable strong decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of progressive experience supporting business processes, systems, and performance reporting
• Experience in one or more of the following: business analysis, reporting, reconciliation processes, or operational performance tracking
• Working knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and reporting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with business systems and computer applications (e.g., reporting tools, spreadsheets, information systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
