Senior Business Architect

Join OPG as a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Architect to help guide the design and implementation of business and operating models, and support organizational change and investments to achieve business outcomes. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization. They will also have excellent analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions, and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4-Year University Degree in an appropriate field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Information Systems
• Over 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization
• Experience designing and implementing business and operating models in complex organizational environments
• Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM. MES) and Cloud Technologies with a particular focus on MS Azure
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions
• Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams and complex environments
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience contributing to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy
• Certifications (Preferred or Advantageous): TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project/change management certifications, Certified Business Architect (CBA) or Business Architecture Guild certification or a Certification in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
